2nd Game Day for the school in Poland

After returning from the second mobility from Kubrat in April, Polish teachers team  developed games presented in Kubrat. Some of them were translated into Polish. However, the most popular activities among students  were in recent months the outdoors games. After the winter months in which board games had their spotlight, students in Poland moved with great joy to the school playground in May. The culmination of our project activities was organizing of The second Games Day on 01.06.2018. On this day our school  became the playground in a real way.   https://youtu.be/492_NrrSR9Q

Memory /Memory Cards; PEXESO/ Game with Cards

This game is applicable in the classroom to memorise or to assess the new content in the learning process. Game Rules Memory with Musical Instruments          The game Memory /Match up, Pexeso/ is a game with pairs of cards. In turn, each player chooses two cards and turns them face up. If they have the same picture, then that player wins the pair and plays again. "Hour of the Games" at Hristo Botev School, Kubrat

Students from Kubrat played different games during the Hour of the Games organised on 1 June. Fifth and sixth graders participated in the game We Know, We Can and they showed excellent team work skills and competences in Science. The first stage of the game was Scavenger Hunt. Scavenger Hunt_the Red Team Scavenger Hunt_the Blue Team The second stage was a quiz and they had to answer questions taken from the students’ textbooks. During the “Hour of the Games” students solved Math problems through memory cards and their knowledge and teamwork skills were tested during the game Fast Mail . Pupils trained their visual memory with the game Memory Drawing . Participants enjoyed Jumping Sacks and Dance Guide and took a funny Geography test by Twister . The script of the event will be shared on the school website.
